I moved from a home with a well and a water softener into a home with municipal hard water. I was worried about drinking the water so began buying bottled water which was adding too much plastic into the environment. I contacted Martin Water for a quote and Dan came to explain the options. He is personable and didn’t try to oversell. I decided to buy the cost saving non-electric water conditioning system which provides constant soft water. I also bought the drinking water station. Eric H did the installation. He was friendly and worked efficiently and the end result was very neat. He explained the system to me so I knew what and when maintenance would be required. The system came with a couple 40 LB bags of salt which I couldn’t lift so Dan brought me 20 LB bags when he did a standard follow-up visit to test the water at the drinking station. It is providing the same quality as bottled water. Between the conditioning system and the drinking water system, the water is filtered at least 6 times. Drinking the water seems safer and I really enjoy having soft water again.
