Service appointment this morning Thursday 8/1/24 with Alex and just so very nice. Serviced water system and thankfully no issues and gave me some pointers of things to check otherwise an annual maintenance would be required. Have been dealing with Martin Water Conditioning since original Kinetico system installed in 2007. Also the gentleman I spoke to on the phone to make appointment on July 18th think Michael was just so very nice and understanding.
