Shaun (technician) who has been servicing our system for many years recommended that our system was getting to 20 year mark and should be swapped for a new system. On his recommendation we decided to swap the softner and R O system on 05/29/24. The new system was installed by Ryan who worked tirelessly until the system was installed. Went above and beyond to get everything right. Very thorough with his work and checked for leaks etc. after the job was completed. Also very patiently explained everything he was doing.
