Flooring Discount Center kind of rescued us from a bad experience we were having with another flooring business. They were so generous with us, even before we were customers with them, in terms of help, information, and guidance. We came back and decided to do business with them because they had been so helpful. They negotiated a very good price for us and they even came to make sure we were doing the job right. My brother was doing the installation and they were able to help us with tips about that. I know we got a really good deal on the flooring, which was important to me. They matched the price that we found elsewhere and we were so happy. The front desk lady was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and they just cared, which is not always the case. I went through 4-5 different places locally and felt very different with Flooring Discount Center because of their attitude. I would highly recommend their service.
