Have you ever entered a doctor's office and felt like you were invisible and there was no acknowledgement that you were even there. Well, that is not the case when you enter the Hearing Doctor's Office. The man at the desk, Matthew, acknowledged me as I entered. He greeted me, informed me that my paperwork was complete, thanked me for completing it online and asked if I had any questions. I was impressed with the warm atmosphere and caring professional greeting as soon as I entered the office. I knew from the moment I entered that this office was special, not only friendly, but professional, very efficient and extremely organized. I definitely got the impression that the other patients at the desk as I entered, felt as I did. Dr Andrew Morris came to the reception area, introduce himself, and escorted me to the treatment area. As we walked to the treatment room, he addressed any possible questions, while he carefully explained each procedure and what it would do to improve my exam results. Although I was new to the office employees, including the Doctor, it was immediately apparent to me that they were outstanding professionals; yet I felt treated as if I were a family member. I certainly recommend Dr. Morris, he is an outstanding doctor who demonstrated a kind, gentle and caring attitude for his patients. The efficiency of Matthew in making future appointments and effortlessly handling my insurance and paperwork was definitely way above and beyond my expectations.
