Of all the tool suppliers that I use for my business, Wholesale Tool has proven to be the most unreliable. They do offer low prices on many items, but the product quality is rather poor. My biggest complaint would have to be that when ordering from the web site, items will be listed as "in stock" but then a week later I'll get an e-mail from WT that the item is on back order and won't be available for 2 or 3 months. This happened on a few occasions and is why I rarely buy from them anymore.

I first started using Wholesale Tool over 20 years ago and they were an excellent company back then, but I think that the downturn in the US economy and specifically the demise of the American manufacturing sector has hit Wholesale Tool pretty hard, forcing them to downsize their company and downsize their ability to provide quality service to their customers.
