I have never screamed at a company liked I did with Bear Brothers because I was so unsatisfied. My experience was horrible from the beginning to the point I told them to NOT start the re-roof. I came home that day and what did I have? A new roof. On top of that they ripped my swamp cooler apart to where it needed new legs, and left the water line hanging from the unit. Then, they sent someone who barely understood English to fix it, but when I asked have you ever replaced a water line or worked on a swamp cooler he said NO! Terrible. Never Ever use this company!
