An old silver maple gave up the ghost recently in my West End Winston-Salem back yard. One absolutely calm Sunday morning after heavy rains the night before the old lady's roots suddenly failed and she fell over. The maple knocked over a nearby redbud tree. We contacted Lusk on Monday and Tuesday morning they had a full crew complete with a large crane needed to lift the two tree trunks up over power lines between the fallen trees and the street. In less than 3 hours the crew had completely removed both trees and trimmed up some crepe myrtle trees on which the large trees had fallen. We were very satisfied with the service and the fair price.
