They are extremely knowledgeable as a staff; the appliances and products they bring on are very high quality, they stand behind their products, and are very accommodating. We couldn't have the Kamado Joe at our house for a while and needed to have it in storage for a few months, and they were very accommodating as we extended the storage period without any extra fees.
