I worked with Deborah Gilbert. Like everyone that has spoken about her, she was warm, helpful and understanding of my situation. I have private loans through Navient that I have literally been watching stay stable at over 600 a month of consistent payments (they are a dreadful company full of loan sharks that literally have you by your neck if you use them for student loans). Navient took over Salliemae. After speaking with Deborah she managed to situate everything so that Curadebt will take me on and I can pay off my loans in the next 5-6 years versus 50 years like Navient was trying to make me do.
