We had a dealing with Tower Loan and got it resolved by the man by the Name if JulioM . Didn’t understand how to set up a google account. I called back and the same excellent Julio explained it to so I could understand it. He meaning “Julio M. Should be the Supervisor he is very knowledgeable at his job nice kind caring and if it was a survey be a 15 out of 10 meaning highly recommend him and my wife as well Carolyn said the same too.
