The salesperson was very informative and answered all of our questions. The scheduling of our installation was a bit of an issue. At first, the scheduling secretary was not willing to work with us and our scheduling conflict. Finally, after a lot of back and forth she folded and gave us the date we needed; not the one they wanted. The install guys were very professional and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day.
