I purchased something from Heartfelt Creations at a paper arts convention & the salesgirl forgot to mention that I would need additional items to be able to use what I purchased. When I opened the package & read this I contacted them via Email & first thing next morning someone called me
and explained that since conventions are very hectic there was an oversite but they would fix it. They did very promptly. I will continue to do business with them & recommend them to friends.
