My first experience with Heartfelt Creations was at the CKC convention in Virginia Beach in August. They were all very pleasant and helpful about answering any questions. While there, I purchased quite a bit and also had to order some items that they didn't have there. I was impressed with how quickly my convention order was sent to me. I just place my first online order and it was easy to do and it's nice to see a picture of what you think you are ordering in the basket along with the description. Very helpful when making purchasing decisions. The products are wonderful too and demos and samples on the website are awesome.
