I had not heard of Jasper before so I was pleasently surprised.
I was first contacted by David Dickerson, Jasper representative who persuaded me to take a closer look at my roof. He pointed out that some of my nearby neighbors had experienced hail damage and their Insurance covered replacement. David identified some specific hail damage and persuaded me to file a claim.
David was available to assist during the entire evaluation process by the insurance company and expeditiously scheduled the one day replacement of my roof. The roofers did what appears excellent work in the re-roofing my home..
