Have ordered for 1st time and awaiting the modle horse I wanted. Shipment was delayed but, not on their part. Went out of way to let me know was on hold and asked if still wanted it. Very greatful to know they care enough to let me know and give me the option if still wanted it.
Haven't gotten it yet so can't give a review on the body of horse.
