Everyone I speak with on the phone are always helpful and friendly. The models I receive are well packaged and I've only gotten one, Big Chex To Cash, that had a rub, and I didn't inquire about it. Was very minor. Very happy when I recently found out about a model with special markings and was able to get on a list to purchase one! Special things like that will keep me coming back to Golden Oak Stables. I need a dealer I can go to and get what I want in the world of models.. That is what all collectors want.
