I am so glad I ordered from Golden Oak Stables! The customer service is top notch and they get back to you really quickly. I was quite impressed with the pre-order procedure, as they e-mail to let you know when it actually ships. The boxes arrived in pristine condition and the horses themselves were perfect too. I bought some Breyers on Amazon from the Breyer company recently and was positively disgusted to see that 3 of the 4 boxes were warped from packaging them poorly! When I returned them the ones I got as replacements were still in bad shape!!! I would gladly give this website my business again over Amazon, what a headache it has been to try to just get undamaged boxes. Golden Oak packed everything neatly and included a packing slip that someone had signed off on, so you know they double check the order before it ships. You won't be disappointed if you buy here :)
