The service technician was very informative. He explained why I had a black residue at the outside edges of my carpet. When there were some tough spots that were not coming up, he gave other options for a more detailed cleaning. He was very careful to explain the cost before trying other cleaning methods that would add to the total cost of the cleaning. I was very pleased with this service and would highly recommend them to others.
