They gave me many options as to what to do with my financial information and used my information in different ways to get the largest refund possible. Everything was explained to me as it was being done and the workers were hospitable and respectful. As soon as my information was ready, I received a phone call explaining which route was taken with my forms and why it was beneficial to me.I was then given more information about how things would look like when I filed my taxes next year.
I was then given a quota for savings for the upcoming year, which put a lot of things into perspective.
