Electronics Professionals LLC were pretty good, and they provided customer service that was fine. I do think they just have some things they need to work out, as far as fixing issues the first time. There are currently some glitches in the security lighting, audio, and TV system they installed for us. We have had problems with one of the three remotes. The lighting also needs to be configured in a way that makes it flawless.
