Today we had our semiannual system service performed by technician Skip Walker. Skip was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Since switching to Freedom over two years ago the technicians and services provided by the Freedom team have consistently exceeded our expectations. Today was no exception; Skip took the time to fully answer my questions and thoroughly explain everything he noted during the service call.
