We have been customers of Freedom for around 25 years... I think before Freedom was formed, as they bought Covenant Heating and Air. We have three HVAC systems, one on each level. On October 26, 2011 D.J. Busby (service technician) came to our home and did a great job. It was like it was his own company. He got it right: spent the time that was needed, answered all our questions, made recommendations. Freedom will do well to keep this as their standard. There is a lot of competition out there nowadays, and Freedom seems to understand that. It's not enough to do great service. You've got to get even better every time you interact with customers, and find new ways to excel in the customer's eyes.
