As a service company we try very hard to be on-time. Except for the very first appointment this can be a challenge. The cable company offers 4 hour windows and seldom will a client be upset by this level of service. We try to make each set appointment on-time. Our clients time is valuable and should it become obvious we will not make our scheduled time slot we call and give an ETA and the option to re-schedule. Our technicians will never rush your appointment to make it on-time to the next. Unfortunately, on rare occasions we fail to meet an expectation. We take this seriously and try to avoid it. To Mrs. Varela I am very sorry that we provided you an average service experience. If you give us another opportunity we will work very hard to regain your trust.
