We obtained three quotes to replace our windows with hurricane windows. The Renaissance sales exec was by far the most knowledgeable of the three. He knew his products and installers' capabilities as well as his competitors' and he specifically explained how the installation would be made and how the installers would take care of our home. The installation was performed when and how it was promissed.
