Bill Pataluna arrived a little early (fine), was very knowledgable, and extreemely flexible (able to handle the situation when when things didn't go as planned and he had to install a new faucet rather than put a kit in the old one).

I realize that you pay a premium when using Bell Plumbing but find that the extra cost is often well worth it.
