My contractor needed to move on so I am stuck with a wood counter top. I want my deposit back.
I left voicemail and emailed Rob and no reply.
Yes he is friendly but despicable in customer relations when there is a problem. Been there 2x and they were closed, not going again.

Now it is the end of November 2012 and still not reimbursed.
