I first called DSCR in the late '70's or early '80's because the air conditioner was not working. At that time I called and left messages with several other service companies about the problem. No company other than DSCR has EVER called back! DSCR fixed the A/C promptly. Since then we have had several service calls and the installation of a new A/C.
Our latest call to DSCR was before noon on Christmas Eve day in 2012 because the furnace had stopped running. Your technician called back within 30 minutes of my call and was at the house shortly after that. He diagnosed the problem, quoted a price for repair that day or a lower price for repair after Christmas. Since it was 58 degrees in the house already, we opted for immediate repairs. Fortunately the supplier for the necessary part was open that afternoon and by 4:30 we had heat. I appreciate that the technician gave up his Christmas Eve afternoon for the necessary repairs. These are only two examples of the good service provided by DSCR.
