I had a contract that gave me a 20 discount on parts and service. I was pleased that a serviceman came out the same day and got AC running in less than 30 minutes. The bill was $493 with discount. I paid it but after looking at the invoice, I asked for an itemized statement so I could see how much parts cost and how much labor was. I was told by accounting that they didn't send out itemized statements. Even with discount the service call was $79. The parts were shown as 2 at $207 for total of $414. Sounded like a scam and feels like I was scammed. I will not be using them again.
