When they finally come, they are great
It took us 4 weeks to schedule an appointment in Tuscaloosa for our Viking dishwasher (BTW, never buy Viking!). (I understand we are out of their normal service area, but 4 weeks without a dishwasher will drive anyone mad.) When the technician finally did come, he was excellent. We have had the same tech twice for our Viking appliances and he is professional, efficient, and provides lots of extra information about the appliance to help deal with future issues.
