I elected to take my appliance to the service care office where I was greeted by a customer service rep who was extremely professional and personable. The tech called me the next day just as I had been informed he would and the appliance was ready to be picked up that day. Most importantly, the appliance worked great and they were very reasonable (almost to cheap) with their price. Thanks!
