Ray arrived on time. Explained what might be the problem with the icemaker. However, his ticket indicated he didn't find a problem, and what he said to me is that the icemaker door might not be closing properly when the ice is dispensed. I had pictures of ice condensation on the bottom of the dispenser, etc.
