Icemaker was making half-$@!#% ice, called Lowe's for a recommended repairman. By the grace of God they recommended SERVICECARE. the staff were beyond friendly & the tech I talked to answered all my questions and tried to resolve over phone. He made an appointment 2 days later (I had called someone else and got one week). Rick called on appointment day and said it would be 15-20 minutes, he showed up in 15. Rick diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem in less than a hour.
Parts were on the truck so no "I have to order, see you in 2 weeks". Rick gets 10 STARS and I hope I never have to use SERVICE CARE again but I have you guys on "SPEED DIAL" if I do! GREAT WORK!!!!
