Craig was on time and called ahead 30 minutes before he arrived(very thoughtful). He rapidly evaluated the problem including the safety risk of fire. In our particular case our machine had a ctastrophic failure. He was able to work with the factory to have a machine replacement in lieu of a rebuild.
