it took 4 calls to make the repair.
on two visits, the tech left and told me the washer was repaired. each time I did a load of washing and the same code F-20 came up that had been the reason that I called them on originally. It took a total of 4 visits to repair the washer. Also, I was told that it was under a 6 month warranty from the first date that they came out and put the first part in. I do not believe that the 6 month warranty should start until 6 months from the date it was repaired, which was about a month's difference. The third trip, they told me it apparently was a defective part that they put in. When they ordered another part and replaced it, they also replaced an $8.00 part that was a hose with a hole in it. (Now, I have to wonder if my original part was defective or was it the hose all along.)
