Needed 2 people to take OTR microwave down and reinstall - if I had not been physically able to help - who knows how this would have resulted. If the serviceman needs someone to help for an occasional call like this, help should be available for him.

We really appreciate you helping Mike uninstall your microwave. If you had been unable to do so we would have happily arranged for another technician to meet Mike there and (hopefully) the extended warranty would cover the 2nd man. Either way, we understand that not everyone is as able as you are to help with that kind of heavy lifting, and we're ready to handle it as needed.
