Our challenge was to replace a Baldwin Lockset and all hardware for our home at Ocean Hills Country Club. We moved here from another state so did not know who to contact about installation. Bill Haynesworth was excellent at walking us through the process and interceding with Baldwin when parts were inadvertently ordered in duplicate. Our installer, Chuck Derr, should be #1 in line when you recommend an installer. He was friendly, professional, easy to work with and provided a level of customer service that reflects very well on San Diego Hardware.
