I had gone with a different carpet cleaner at first, but they kept adding charges and changing the price, so I cancelled with them. I found Coyote in a neighborhood circular and decided to try them. The tech called and said he would be a little late, but I was OK with that, as long as he let me know. When he got to my house, he was very competent and pleasant. The carpets were not very dirty, but I just wanted to "freshen" them up a bit and he told me it was a good idea. It will make the carpet last a lot longer. The price was as quoted and the work was excellent. I will use them again.
