Coyote steam cleaned our sofa and we were very satisfied. However on a different day (same week) another technician steam cleaned our area rug, and we won't use Coyote again. He did not get the rug clean. He added an additional $10 "trip fee" to our bill (even though the first technician did not do this). He wrote our credit card info down incorrectly, and called back later to capture it again. Then, he called back again to say that he left his black light and would be back the next day to retrieve it.
