Old Reliable Pest Control sprays every two months. If I ever have a problem, they come right back and correct it. They basically just spray the outside, but I have had them do the garage and the inside once. Keeping them outside means they don't get inside very often.

I've been with Old Reliable for maybe 25 years, so a long, long time. I've just been very satisfied with them. My father worked for a different pest control company and keeps trying to get me to switch to them, but I won't.
