I have a severe rodent problem they have been helping me with. I've been with them for over half a year now. I rent a place and my landlord wasn't doing anything about the problem. Before using Old Reliable I was catching multiple rats daily. They are not able to do everything they need to because I am waiting on my landlord to take care of some things, but they are making my place livable while I battle with the landlord.
