Richard called in advance as we requested and arrived exactly when promised. He did a very thorough inspection and similarly thorough treatment. Both Richard and his assistant Celeste were efficient and wasted no time, and worked well as a team. It is obvious that Richard knows what he is talking about, and was happy to share his knowledge about termites (life cycle, habits, etc) and treatment options. We are VERY happy we selected Action Termite and would highly recommend their services.
