We walked in and knew what we wanted. They put no pressure on us. Nobody came up asking us to look at this deal or that deal. We looked at the car we liked, went for a test drive, they took the information we gave them, and they put on out license plates.

When we came back, they were professional with all the paperwork and there were no lines or waiting. We got a clean car, and they told that they'll fix it if any issues come up.
