We just had our first AC and Heating Tune up with SOS. Kent (Service Technician) was Fabulous. Arrived on time, called prior to arrival. He took His time checking every single thing. Explained what He was doing step by step. Any questions we had were answered and explained in great detail. Can't say enough about the professional and couteous service we received, and would highly recommend SOS to anyone who wants outstanding Service. Especially If you want to feel 100% confident that your units are in proper working order.
