SOS has kept our outdated system running way past its prime. I have 4 small children and being without heat or hot water even for a short time can be difficult. Service calls are always prompt and they have always fixed the problems quickly and to our satisfaction. I have dealt with Tim (#67) several times...professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A great asset to your company. Bob in sales has also been great to deal with. Can't say enough good things about this company and its staff...top notch!!!
