We're on a bit of a hill, and the rain collapsed the window and flooded our basement. Disaster Cleanup Services came right out and were amazing to work with. They were very quick and understanding of my situation, both financially and physically. When they told me their estimate, I just started bawling, I couldn't believe it! They were so nice and negotiated with me so it wasn't as high in the end, which helped a lot.

They got right to work and pulled up the carpet and were able to save it. They set the dryers up and asked before they did anything. They'd find water behind something and they'd ask before they tore things out. They weren't disruptive of the house as they worked. They just did their thing and it was very smooth going.

I hope something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I'd call them again!
