We had a water spill that we called Disaster Cleanup Services about. When they arrived they were taking out the base plates and those were screwed in. They had to destroy them all to get the job done. It seemed like they could have been more careful or polite about that. Otherwise they were ok to work with but I dont think I would use them again.
