The customer service was fair and at times rude, My son was given two different instructors, One was encouraging and told my son he was doing well. The other told my son two days before the road test that my son would not pass the road test. I paid for a 45 minute lesson prior to the road test. The instructor came 15 minutes late and they arrived at the testing site 45 minutes early. He was given maybe a 20 minute lesson when paid for a 45 minute lesson. When i called customer service to find out where the instructor was she was extremely rude. Expensive, would not recommend
