I have a service agreement with Swiss Heat & Air, they come out to service our furnace in fall and our AC in spring. They've always been quick, professional and efficient.
Recently, we had a problem with our AC unit. My wife has COPD and has to have the AC in order to breathe. I called up Swiss Heat & Air and they came out to fix it right away, within an hour of my call. I felt like they really went over and beyond for us and came out promptly and on a weekend!
