I purchased front and back steel entry doors, front and back security doors, a steel entry door in the basement, a cellar door and finally, vinyl siding with insulation.

Matt, the sales representative explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I had. He was very personable and I felt confident about choosing Guida.

When the siding installation was scheduled, the representative did not tell me to remove everything from the interior walls. As a result, a bowl fell from the bathroom shelf and broke the toilet tank lid. George, the site supervisor was able to order a replacement and the lid was replaced promptly. Of course, it would have been better if the scheduler told me to remove everything from the walls, but I am satisfied with the way this incident was handled.

The exterior cellar door installer was unable to install the cellar door as originally arranged. That appointment was scheduled for late afternoon and I was concerned there would not be enough daylight to finish the job. When he arrived and saw the extent of the work needed, he agreed. The installation was rescheduled and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

The entry doors and security doors were installed without incident. The job was completed within the promised time frame.

The siding installation team arrived promptly every day and completed their work with no issues.

I am very happy with the work Guida did on my home. Every person I dealt with was professional. For the most part, the work went smoothly. No job is completed without problems.
